The Marka-e-Haq commemoration ceremony at Queens Medical College, Kasur was graced by Mr. Amjad Sadiqui, President Chamber of Commerce Balochistan, along with Project Director Sheikh Muhammad Azeem, as distinguished guests. The event was held with great dignity and patriotic spirit, reflecting the institution’s commitment to national values.

The ceremony commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by the National Anthem. Principal Prof. Shireen Khawar delivered the welcome address and provided a thoughtful briefing on the significance of Marka-e-Haq, emphasizing the vital role of medical professionals in serving the nation with dedication, resilience, and compassion.

Students presented moving skits depicting the sacrifices of the Armed Forces, along with speeches, milli songs, and thematic poster presentations, demonstrating a strong sense of patriotism and national pride.

The ceremony concluded with the distribution of shields and certificates among participants in recognition of their efforts and contributions.

The Academic Council meeting was held in the Conference Hall on 09 April 2026 under the chairmanship of the Principal. The meeting was attended and actively participated in by all faculty members, along with CEO Dr. Hammad Ahsan.

Key academic matters were discussed and finalized, including the implementation and refinement of the integrated curriculum, allocation and monitoring of Continuing Medical Education (CME) hours, Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities, structured teaching feedback mechanisms, and the duty rosters of the clinical faculty.

The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by the Principal.
