‏السی کے بیج بالوں کے لیے بہت فائدہ مند ہیں کیونکہ ان میں اومیگا 3 فیٹی ایسڈ، وٹامن ای اور فائبر ہوتے ہیں جو بالوں کی جڑوں کو مضبوط بناتے ہیں اور بالوں کا گرنا کم کرتے ہیں۔
ایک کپ پانی میں دو کھانے کے چمچ السی کے بیج ڈال کر درمیانی آنچ پر پکائیں، جب پانی گاڑھا سا جیل بن جائے تو چولہا بند کر دیں اور نیم گرم چھان لیں اگر ٹھنڈا کرکے چھانے گی تو جیل نہیں نکلے گا۔ لیکن دھیان سے ہاتھ نہ جلائے گا۔ کیونکہ اس کے بعد آپ ہی کو کھانا پکانا ہے
اب اس جیل میں ایک کھانے کا چمچ ناریل کا تیل، ایک چمچ ایلو ویرا جیل پلانٹ والا اور چند قطرے روز میری آئل شامل کریں۔ سب کو بلینڈر میں گھما لیں ۔ اب اسے بالوں کی جڑوں اور لمبائی پر لگائیں، 30 منٹ بعد ہلکے شیمپو سے دھو لیں۔
میں اپنے بالوں پر استعمال کرتی ہوں اس کے کمال کے رزلٹ ہیں ۔ یہ بالوں کے لیے کنڈشنر کا کام کرتا ہے ۔ بال سوفٹ اور شائنی ہوجاتے ہیں ۔اب بھی اگر بالوں کی کئیر نہیں کی تو کب کروگی ۔ اب فٹافٹ اٹھو اور بنا کر لگاؤ ۔

#‏بکریوں اور بکروں کی عمر کا پتہ لگانے کا سب سے مستند طریقہ ان کے دانت دیکھنا ہے. فارمنگ اور قربانی کے جانور خریدتے وقت یہ معلومات بہت کام آتی ہیں.

1. کھیرا (Milk Teeth #)

پہچان: جب بکرے کے سامنے کے تمام دانت چھوٹے اور دودھ کے ہوں.

عمر: کھیرا بکرا عام طور پر 12 سے 14 ماہ سے کم عمر کا ہوتا ہے.

قربانی: شرعی طور پر قربانی کے لیے بکرے کا کم از کم "دو دانت" ہونا ضروری ہے، اس لیے کھیرا بکرا قربانی کے لیے موزوں نہیں سمجھا جاتا (اگر اس کی عمر ایک سال سے کم ہو).

2. دو دانت (2 Teeth)

پہچان: جب بکرے کے سامنے کے دودھ کے دو دانت گر جائیں اور ان کی جگہ دو بڑے اور چوڑے دانت نکل آئیں.

عمر: اس وقت بکرے کی عمر تقریباً 14 سے 18 ماہ ہوتی ہے.

اہمیت: یہ قربانی کے لیے بہترین اور مکمل طور پر تیار جانور مانا جاتا ہے.

3. چار دانت (4 Teeth)

پہچان: جب سامنے کے دو بڑے دانتوں کے ساتھ مزید دو دودھ کے دانت گر جائیں اور کل چار بڑے دانت نظر آنے لگیں.

عمر: اس وقت بکرے کی عمر تقریباً 24 سے 28 ماہ (تقریباً 2 سال) ہو جاتی ہے.

4. چھ دانت (6 Teeth)

پہچان: جب بکرے کے منہ میں سامنے کی طرف چھ بڑے دانت آ جائیں.

عمر: یہ بکرے کی جوانی کا بھرپور وقت ہوتا ہے اور اس کی عمر تقریباً 3 سال کے قریب ہوتی ہے.

پتہ لگانے کا طریقہ:

بکرے کا منہ آرام سے کھولیں اور سامنے والے نچلے جبڑے کے دانت دیکھیں.

اگر دانت چھوٹے اور برابر ہیں تو وہ کھیرا ہے.

اگر بیچ میں دو دانت باقیوں سے بڑے اور چمکدار ہیں تو وہ دو دانت ہے.
