Bachon Ke Sone Aur Jagne Ka Waqt Kharab Na Honay Dein
Summer vacations bachon ke liye khushi, aaram aur azadi ka mausam hoti hain. School ki routine kuch arsay ke liye ruk jati hai, homework ka pressure kam ho jata hai aur bachon ko apni pasand ki activities karne ka zyada waqt mil jata hai. Lekin isi dauran aik aisi aadat bhi paida ho jati hai jo bachon ki sehat, taleem aur personality development ko buri tarah mutasir kar sakti hai: der raat tak jagna aur subah der tak sona.
Aksar parents yeh samajhte hain ke chuttiyan hain, is liye bachon ko poori azadi milni chahiye. Lekin jab routine mukammal tor par khatam ho jata hai to bachay dheere dheere susti, be-tarteebi aur ghair zimmedari ki taraf jane lagte hain. Mobile Ko Babysitter Na Banayein β Bachon Ko Mobile Nahi, Mohabbat Aur Rehnumai Chahiye
Summer vacations bachon ke liye azaadi, khushi aur maze ka waqt hoti hain. Lekin yeh waqt walidain ke liye aik bari zimmedari bhi lekar aata hai. Jab school band hotay hain aur rozana ki routine tabdeel ho jati hai to bachon ke paas bohat zyada free time aa jata hai. Isi free time ko manage karne ke liye aksar walidain mobile phone ka sahara lete hain. Yeh tareeqa asaan zaroor lagta hai, lekin is ke door ras asraat bachon ki tarbiyat aur shakhsiyat par nazar aa sakte hain.
Aaj kal har ghar mein yeh manzar aam hai. Bacha ro raha ho to mobile de diya jata hai. Khana nahi kha raha ho to cartoon ya video laga di jati hai. Lekin isi azaadi ke saath aik aisa challenge bhi aata hai jo bohat se walidain ke liye pareshani ka sabab ban jata hai. Yeh challenge hai bachon ki routine ka toot jana.
