Dear Respected Teachers, Dear Friends, and Dear Department,
As I bid farewell to this chapter of my journey, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you. I have been privileged to work alongside such a dedicated and passionate team, and I am honored to have had the opportunity to learn from and grow with you.
I want to acknowledge that, in my endeavor to deliver my best as a TEO, I may have unintentionally caused hurt or offense to some of my teachers. I sincerely apologize for any pain or discomfort caused, and I hope that you will accept my humble apologies.
To my teachers, I thank you for your guidance, support, and encouragement. Your wisdom and expertise have shaped me into the person I am today, and I am forever grateful.
To my friends, I cherish the memories and moments we shared, and I will miss our camaraderie and laughter.
To my department, I am proud of the work we have done together, and I am confident that our collective efforts will continue to bear fruit.

JEST Recruitment: I have been a vocal advocate for the recruitment of JEST (Junior Elementary School Teacher) Third Phase and have worked tirelessly to raise awareness about the importance of this program.
Long waited promotions: The promotion of deserving teachers who have been waiting for their well-earned recognition, bringing them a sense of accomplishment and motivation.
TEO Concerns: I have consistently raised my voice to address concerns and issues faced by TEOs, pushing for resolutions and improvements to our working conditions and benefits.
Departmental Development: I have actively contributed to various initiatives aimed at enhancing our department's efficiency, effectiveness, and reputation.
Community Engagement: I have fostered strong relationships with local communities, promoting education and awareness about various initiatives and programs.
Collaboration and Teamwork: I have worked closely with colleagues to build a cohesive and supportive team environment, celebrating our successes and learning from our challenges.

The Teacher Education Roadmap applies to all degrees mentioned in the roadmap, regardless of when they were issued. However, there's a specific case where candidates with a B.Ed. of (1.5) years after 16 years of qualification can be admitted to an Masters in Education without needing any extra courses .
This is because the B.Ed. 1.5-year program is considered equivalent to the M.Ed. program.
It's worth noting that the B.Ed. (1.5) year program is designed for those who have already completed 16 years of education and are looking to become teachers. The program is designed to provide students with the necessary skills and knowledge to become effective teachers.
Overall, the B.Ed. (1.5)year program is a great option for those looking to become teachers and have already completed their master's degree.

I conducted a visit to GBHSS Buxapur today and observed the following:
The school building was functional and well-maintained, providing a conducive learning environment.
Students were fully engaged in their studies, demonstrating enthusiasm and focus.
Teachers were actively participating in the learning process, showcasing dedication and commitment to their students' education.
The Headmaster, Shah Muhammad Domki, was leading by example, displaying confident and effective leadership.
Overall, I was impressed with the positive atmosphere and dedication to academic excellence that pervades this school. The Headmaster Shah Muhammad Domki's leadership and the teachers' enthusiasm are clearly having a positive impact on the students.I commend the entire school community for their hard work and commitment to education.

I am deeply impressed by the students talent and skill, and I have immense respect for the teachers who have played a significant role in their development. Today Visited GBLSS Nihal Khan Maral School
My observations were:
-Teaching staff was very active and engaged in teaching
-Students were studying in a very small space, which could be a challenge for effective learning
-Despite the space constraint, students were attentive and participating in the lessons
-Teachers were using creative methods to deliver lessons in the limited space.

Highlights:
-The enthusiasm and dedication of the teaching staff were notable and commendable
-Students were eager to learn and were making the most of the available space.

=>Classrooms were well-furnished with good-conditioned furniture, creating a conducive learning environment.

As a TEO (Taluka Education Officer) ES&HS male Kashmore, I have identified a critical issue and taken proactive steps to address it. The fact that there are fewer students in the sixth class compared to the primary section is a concerning trend that needs to be reversed.
By starting a campaign along with the staff of Government Higher Secondary School Guddu, we are helping to:
=>Identify the root causes of this issue
=>Raise awareness about the importance of education beyond primary level
=>Encourage parents and guardians to enroll their children in sixth class
=>Provide support and resources to students who may be facing barriers to education
=For new enrollment in Schools
Our efforts are crucial in ensuring that every child has access to quality education and can reach their full potential. Some suggestions to further enhance your campaign:
=>Engage with local leaders and influencers to amplify your message
=>Organize community events and rallies to raise awareness
=>Provide incentives and support to students who enroll in sixth class
=>Collaborate with local organizations to offer scholarships or financial aid
