1 One paragraph must treat one central idea. If you are asked to write about the advantages of technology, for example, write about the advantages only. Don't include its disadvantages or anything else. If you are asked to talk about the causes of a phenomenon, provide the causes only -- don't include the effects, and vise versa. Respect the task.
