All shortlisted candidates are strictly directed to:

🔹 Bring all original documents at the time of interview.

🔹 Candidates who have submitted an Experience Certificate that is not countersigned by the Competent Authority are once again directed to bring:

- Original Experience Certificate duly countersigned by the Competent Authority
- One attested photocopy of the countersigned Experience Certificate

⚠️ Important: If the required countersigned Experience Certificate is not produced at the time of interview, no experience marks will be awarded to the candidate.

❗ No excuse or extra time will be given after the interview date. Candidates must ensure that all required documents are complete and valid before/at the time of the interview on 19/08/2026.

🚀Flexible Hiring – Fall 2026🚀

All applicants are informed that the merit list for Flexible Hiring (Fall 2026) will be prepared strictly on the basis of the percentage marks obtained in the last eligible degree for the advertised post (i.e., 16 years of qualification).

Applicants whose final transcript/result card shows only GPA/CGPA and does not mention the equivalent percentage must submit a GPA/CGPA to Percentage Equivalence Certificate issued by their concerned university on or before 05 August 2026.

Important Notes:

- Candidates whose percentage is already mentioned on their final transcript/result card or who have already submitted a separate Percentage/Equivalence Certificate do not need to submit it again.
- Their merit will be calculated based on the documents already available in their application record.
- All other candidates are advised to check their final transcript/result card carefully. If the percentage is not mentioned, obtain the Percentage/Equivalence Certificate from your concerned university and submit it by 05 August 2026.
