🤲 *Dua for the Day of Arafat*
The most blessed day of the year — the 9th of Dhul Hijjah

بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ
یَا اَللہ،
آج عرفات کے مبارک دن،
ہم تیرے در پر جھکے ہوئے ہیں۔
O Allah,
On this most blessed Day of Arafat,
we stand before You — broken, hopeful, and yearning.
یَا اَللہ —
ہمارے تمام گناہ معاف فرما دے۔
جو ظاہر ہیں اور جو چھپے ہوئے ہیں۔
جو ہم جانتے ہیں اور جو ہم بھول چکے ہیں۔
جو ارادے سے ہوئے اور جو انجانے میں۔
O Allah — forgive all our sins.
Those that are visible and those that are hidden.
Those we remember and those we have forgotten.
Those done intentionally and those done unknowingly.
یَا رَحْمٰن —
ہمارے والدین کو معاف فرما،
ان پر رحم فرما جیسے انہوں نے ہمیں بچپن میں پالا۔
جو اس دنیا میں ہیں — انہیں عافیت دے۔
جو جا چکے ہیں — انہیں جنت الفردوس عطا فرما۔
O Most Merciful — forgive our parents,
have mercy on them as they raised us with love.
Those still with us — grant them health and peace.
Those who have passed — grant them Jannatul Firdaus.
یَا غَفُّار —
ہماری اولاد کو دین پر چلا۔
ہمارے گھروں میں سکون اور برکت نازل فرما۔
ہمارے رشتوں کو مضبوط فرما، دلوں سے کینہ نکال دے۔
جن سے ہم نے ناانصافی کی — انہیں راضی کر دے۔
جنہوں نے ہمارے ساتھ ناانصافی کی — ہمیں معاف کرنے کی توفیق دے۔
O Most Forgiving — keep our children on the straight path.
Fill our homes with peace and blessings.
Heal our relationships, remove grudges from our hearts.
Reconcile those we have wronged.
Give us the strength to forgive those who wronged us.
یَا کَرِیْم —
ہمیں دنیا میں بھلائی دے
اور آخرت میں بھلائی دے
اور جہنم کے عذاب سے بچا۔
رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً
وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً
وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ
یَا اَللہ —
ہم سب کو — جنہوں نے یہ دعا پڑھی،
جنہوں نے آگے بھیجی،
جن کے لیے پڑھی گئی —
سب کو آج کے دن کی برکت سے نواز۔
O Allah — bless everyone who read this dua,
everyone who shared it,
and everyone they made it for.
یَا اَللہ،
آج کا دن خالی نہ جائے ہمارے لیے۔
آج ہماری مغفرت لکھ دے۔
آج ہمیں جہنم سے آزاد کر دے۔
آج ہمارا نام جنت والوں میں لکھ دے۔
O Allah,
Let this day not pass empty for us.
Write our forgiveness today.
Free us from the Fire today.
Write our names among the people of Jannah today.
آمِيْن يَا رَبَّ الْعَالَمِيْن
Ameen, O Lord of all the worlds.
