3rd dimension: " Community education"
Aged adult are provided literacy under this dimension so they are able to read word, number,bus name,signboard, newspaper.

4th dimension: "Teacher training & education supported program"
all FDSS school local teachers. these teachers get scholarship and education loan 4 further training and education.
