VLC is a feeling. Ek ehsaas.
Ten years ago, VLC began almost as a one-man show. Since then, it has been quite a journey.
A journey of growth and reflection. Of trials and triumphs. Of mistakes, learning, change, and many blessings.
Along the way, VLC has also become a home for so many people. Children who have grown up here. Parents who have trusted us with them. Teachers and team members who have given years of their lives, their love and their energy to this place.
And perhaps that is what makes VLC what it is.
It is not one person. It is a community. And with community comes a collective responsibility for the culture we create, the trust we build, and the way we make one another feel.
As communities grow, dynamics change. Systems become necessary. Relationships evolve. There are ups and downs. There are moments that call for honest conversations, deeper reflection, and the courage to ask what is serving us and what needs to change.
But through all of that, the heart must remain.
As we begin a new academic year, that is the intention.
To grow. To learn. To rebuild where needed. And together, to keep alive that ehsaas that has always made VLC, VLC.
