The First Meeting of Steering Committee-SESP was held on 31-08-2015 @ Committee Room Secretary Education & Literacy Department, Karachi for oversee and support implementation of Sindh Education Sector Plan (2014-2018) Chaired by Secretary Education & Literacy Department, Govt. of Sindh.

16th Meeting of the Local Education Group-LEG held on Thursday, 30th July 2015 @ Committee Room, Reform Support Unit Karachi, focused on Implementation status of SESP, Sharing the District Education Plan Template for Review and Endorsement by LEG members and Reflection on District Education Plan by DEG.

District Education Group (DEG) Jacobabad meeting was done on 28th April, 2015, at Community Development Foundation (CDF) Office. All Technical Working Groups ECE, Governance and Accountability, Primary and Elementary Education, Non formal and Basic Education, Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Share the Progress. 1st draft of DESP will be submitted during the last week of May-2015

One day origination session organized on 29-04-2015 for support to Non-Formal Education (NFE) Technical Working Group of Karachi region DEGs regarding developing District Education Plan

Technical Working Groups (TWG) of DEG-Kashmore@kandhkot meeting held on 25th of March 2015 at Elementary Government College Kandhkot for review the topic wise DEP .

Focal Persons Meeting of Technical Working Group held on 05-03-2015 @ the office of DO SEMIS, Larkana, discussed on final draft of Situation Analysis, Target setting and District Education Plan (DEP) formatting.

DEG Jacobabad meeting was held on 27th of February, at Community Development Foundation (CDF) office, Jacobabad. Sharing the Group work presentations regarding Situation Analysis and Problem Identification and target setting through District Education Sector Planning.

Next meeting schedule on 30-03-2015 for sharing the 1st draft of Situation Analysis of Distt. Jacobabad.

A meeting of District Education Group (DEG) Kamber-Shahdadkot was held on 24th February at DC Office meeting Hall, Kamber.
The meeting was chaired by DEG members Basheer Ahmed Lakho (DO Literacy), Gulshan Brohi (DO Elementary) and Abdul Ghaffar Pindrani (Executive Director NGO Development Society).
The focal persons of all TWGs were give the brochures, SEMIS profiles and remaining data in order to develop the quality papers on Problem Identification. The Technical Working Groups shared their views on Situation Analysis, the paper to be finalized by Education Department.
TWGs did group work on problem identification and coordination development. It was a result oriented meeting.
Mr. Mazhar Ali Bhutto, Mr. Mushtaq Ali Mangrio and Mr. Basheer Ahmed Chandio shared their views on the framework of District Education plan.
Ms. Jameela Seelro and Ms .Faiza Mastoi briefed about the current gaps in the mode of imparting the ECE and Primary Education, they actively participated in the group discussion.

A meeting of District Education Group Kandhkot-Kashmore was held today on 23rd February at DO general office Kandhkot.
Syed Abdul Ghaffar Shah presided the meeting. Situation Analysis and finalization of TechnicalWorking Groups were the core topics to be discussed. DEG Kandhkot has got great potential. A new TWG for Curriculum Development was formed, Manzoor Ellahi Malik will be leading it. It was a constructive meeting today. For the month of March 25th was announced as the next meeting date. Rahmatullah Malik, Irshad Ahmed and Zahid Shah participated actively. Ghulam Hyder Mirani played vital role in the conduction of this meeting.
