السلام علیکم! عزیز طالبات، کل بروز جمعرات، 14 مارچ 2024ء، بورڈ سے تعلق رکھنے والی اعلیٰ سطحی ٹیم کالج کا دورہ کررہی ہےجو کہ کالج میں انرولڈ طالبات کے ریکاڑڈ کا جائزہ بھی لے گی اور حاضر طالبات سے اس کا موازنہ کرے گی۔ غیرحاضر طالبات کا داخلہ فوری طور پر منسوخ کردیا جائے گا۔ آپ کو یاد ہوگا کہ ایڈمیشن کے وقت آپ سے بورڈنے 80 فیصد حاضری کا حلف نامہ بھی بھروایا تھا۔ اس حلف نامے کے تحت 80 فیصد سے کم حاضری رکھنے والی طالبات کے ایڈمٹ کارڈ بھی بورڈ جاری نہیں کرے گا۔
لہذا، آپ سب کے اپنے مفاد میں سختی سے یہ تنبیہ کی جارہی ہے کہ کل جمعرات، 14 مارچ 2024ء ، پروپر یونیفارم اور پابندیِ وقت کے ساتھ کالج میں اپنی حاضری یقینی بنائیں، بصورتِ دیگر آپ کا داخلہ فوری طور پر منسوخ کردیا جائے گا۔
