On 24th January 2026, we had a fantastic turnout for our parent conference, "Growing Up with Gadgets: Raising Healthy Kids in the Age of AI." 📱🤖

It was heartening to see so many parents come together to discuss the challenges of screen time, the rise of AI, and how we can protect our children’s focus and well-being. 🤝

Key Highlights from Today: ✅ Understanding the "Happy Chemical" (Dopamine) and why it's hard to put phones away. ✅ The 3-2-1-0 Rule for a balanced day. ✅ How to guide children in using AI as a tool, not a shortcut.
