First story on the new page!!
Hello,
Unlike all the others you’ve heard from so far, this is our joint introduction. We’re privileged to have each other as really great friends or brothers, to put it more accurately. It’s indeed a blessing to meet people you can get along with, but we also realize that it’s really tough to blend in, find the right group of individuals and discover the activities that you can engage in comfortably, especially at the very beginning of campus life at IBA. We’re glad to have emerged out of that phase and to have found each other’s unconditional and endless support and respect.
Gladly, IBA student body is a blend of people of all sorts, different mindsets, cultures, backgrounds, preferences, ideologies, and many other things that one can identify with. The beauty of such diversity is that it brings people closer. Even the buildings you resort to or what you do in your free slots play a very important role in the interactions you can be exposed to. For example, jamming sessions in the Student Center, sessions at the Library, birthday celebrations at the Courtyard and lunch at Safeet/Pharmacy canteens. By the end of our first semester, we stopped wanting to go home!
This post is our message to those who’ve found the right mix of individuals around them, those who’re still seeking worthy friends and those who’re about to join us. May you all find caring and healthy friendships. May your ambitions never cause rifts and instead, glues or aligns you together as it did to us.
