Almost 25 millions children are currently out of school in Pakistan , the second highest rate in the world with Sindh having the worst infrastructure for schools while 7 million of them have yet to received some form of schooling . Pakistan literacy is also among the lowest in the world these facts are a grim reminder of how children hope for a better future are fading the face of government failure to improve governance.
