**New Session Announcement**
**2025-2026**

As-Salamu-Alaikum,

We are excited to announce that a new session will start on **May 2, 2025**. Here are some important points to discuss for the upcoming session:

1. **Assembly Time:**
Assembly time is crucial for students, as it is when they primarily learn important oral tasks. Students who do not attend assembly may face difficulties during examinations.

2. **Attendance:**
100% attendance is vital in a student's life. If a student misses one day, it can set them back by a week’s worth of work. Please ensure your child maintains 100% attendance.

3. **Uniform:**
Our center does not require a specific uniform. Students may wear their favorite attire, provided it is neat, clean, and ironed. Students should wear white socks and polished black shoes. Hair and nails should be well-groomed; girls should wear a white hairband or have a ponytail with white ribbons.

4. **Copies and Books Maintenance:**
Copies and homework diaries must be covered in prescribed class colors with glaze paper and plastic covers. Books should only be protected with plastic sheets. Classwork and homework must be neat and submitted on time. Maintenance of copies will contribute 5 marks to both the midterm and final exam totals.

5. **Monthly Tests:**
Monthly tests will be conducted during the last week of each month. It is important not to be absent during this time, as 10 marks will be added to the midterm and final exam scores.

6. **Fee Deposit Date:**
Fees must be deposited on time. The deadline for fee submission is the **8th of every month.** If the fees are not paid on time, parents will incur a fine of **RS 200.**

7. **Timings:**
The morning shift timing has changed for this session:
- **Summer Time:**
- 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM
- Friday: 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM
- **Winter Time:**
- 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM

**Evening Shift:**
- 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM

**Ramadan Timings:**
- **Morning Shift:**
- 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
- **Evening Shift:**
- 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM
