Alhamdulillah, my 8-year Dars e Nizami course at Hidayah Academy now comes to an end.

It has truly been a remarkable life experience. Sitting under scholars, studying classical texts, and observing the adab, humility, and dedication of people who have selflessly devoted their lives to Deen. This journey was far more than simply learning books. It was an opportunity to be shaped, guided, and inspired.

Over these years, through my teachers and through personal reflection, I have learned a few important lessons. Sharing here for general benefot and a self-reminder:

1. The most important aspect of Deen is intention. No matter how much knowledge you gain or how many actions you perform, it is your niyyah that determines their value on the Day of Judgement.

2. If knowledge does not improve your character and the way you treat people, then something is missing. Akhlaaq is the true sign that knowledge has reached the heart.

3. Seeking knowledge should never be for worldly gain. Its purpose must always be to seek the pleasure of Allah.

4. Developing deep love and adab for Allah is essential. When knowledge brings humility and reverence into the heart, that is when it becomes meaningful.

5. Your greatest intention should be to bring people closer to Allah, to become a means for them to love Him.

6. You cannot make someone love Allah unless your own heart is filled with His love. Transformation begins from your own self.

7. Never aim to project yourself; always aim to project the message. The work is not about personal visibility, but about conveying truth with sincerity.

May Allah grant me the ability to act on these teachings. Aameen.
