Chiniot Islamia Public School and College, Karachi CIPS&C was established in 1986 under the patronage of Chiniot Anjuma-e-Islamia The results of 2007 batch of class X was the best in the history of school.

Chiniot Islamia Public School was established in 1986 under the patronage of Chiniot Anjuman Islamia , an organization dedicated to service of humanity especially the middle class in the field of education and health. The foundation stone of the building was laid in 1986 by Maj Gen Afzal Khan, the then Deputy Martial law administrator of Karachi zone. The school has now a purpose built building over an area of 2 × Acres of land on the main university Road . The institution is purely a service venture and is run on "Not for profit” Basis with the sole aim of imparting quality Education at an affordable cost. 1st batch of Matric consisting of 17 students appearing in 1991 100% result. Since then the school has stood to its reputation and produced excellent results consistently. In a batch of 103 who appeared in the exam, 96 got A1 grade and 7 were placed in A grade. Our student Hassan Khan got Ist position in Matric Board exam amongst boys. From any standard this was an excellent result. Matric results of the last 21 years (1991-2011) bear testing to the high standard of our school. The school started with a humble strength of only 26 students in 1986, which by 2012 has risen to approximately 1800 students. During the year 2003 we started the Afternoon shift also for only the Boys in Primary classes. A total of 124 students were admitted during the Ist year. The same year girls students were also admitted in class VI in the morning shift on the request of parents. Year 2004 saw major academic uplift programmes, consisting of. Up gradation of school to college, for science classes (Pre Medical and Pre Engineering group for Boys and pre-medical and pre-engineering for girls) start of O level classes for Boys only admission of girls in the Afternoon shift in Primary classes Admission of girls students in secondary section in morning shift.
