کی انیسویں آیت کا ایک لفظ ہے یہ۔۔۔۔ یہ قرآن کے درمیان میں آتا ہے اسی لیے بڑا کر کے بھی لکھا جاتا ہے,۔اس کا ترجمہ ہے

" اور چاہیے کہ نرمی کریں"

ہماری زندگیاں بدل سکتی ہیں اگر ہمارے لہجے، ہمارے لفظ،ہمارے دل دوسروں کے لیے نرم ہو جائیں۔ نرمی سے بات کرنا عاجزی ہے یہی اللہ کواور اللہ والوں کو پسند ہے۔۔ آپ کتنا ہی حق پہ کیوں نا ہوں ،آپ کتنا ہی سچے کیوں نا ہوں جب تلخ لہجہ،
بے رحم لفظ، کرخت آواز ، طنزیہ فقرے، عامیانہ انداز ،اونچا رویہ رکھیں گے تو شائد آپ بحث تو جیت جائیں ۔۔۔
لیکن
جو لفظ قرآن میں بڑا کر کے لکھا گیا ہے وہ آپ کی زندگیوں میں چھوٹا کیسے ہو گیا۔۔۔
حالات کتنے ہی تلخ کیوں نا ہوں۔۔۔ آپ کے معاملات کتنے ہی بگڑ کیوں نا گئے ہوں۔۔۔۔ آپ کے سامنے مسائل کا انبار کیوں نا ہو۔۔۔ آپ کا مخالف کتنا ہی ظالم اورتلخ کیوں نا ہو۔۔آپ کی زندگی پہ ہمیشہ کے لیے خزاں کیوں نا ٹھہر گئی ہو۔۔۔۔ یہ سب قرآن کے درمیان میں کہی گئی بات سے بڑے نہیں ہو سکتے۔۔۔ یعنی

*پھلوں کے فائدے اور نقصانات*

*آم*
آم مقوی اور زود ہضم ہے۔ مزاج کے اعتبار سے گرم تر ہے۔ نیا خون پیدا کرتا ہے جسم کو موٹا کرتا ہے رافع قبض اور پیشاب آور ہے۔ آم کے بعد دودھ پینے سے جسم میں طاقر آتی ہے. دل اور دماغ معدے اور پھپڑوں کو طاقت پہنچاتا ہے۔ نہار منہ آم کھانا مضر ہے۔ کھٹا آم بھی مضر صحت ہے۔ پختہ شیریں اور بے ریشہ آم پہترین ہوتا ہے

*سیب*
سیب بہترین دماغی غذا ہے کیونکہ اس میں دوسرے پھلوں کی نسبت فاسفورس اور فولاد زیادہ مقدار میں پایا جاتا ہے.

معتدل تر دل اور دماغ گردے اور مثانے کو تقویت پہنچاتا ہے۔ جسم میں رطوبت بڑھاتا ہے۔ پیشاب آور اور پیشاب کی جلن میں سود مند ہے

سرد تر اور قبض کشا پھل ہے۔ یہ دل دماغ جگر اور معدے کو طاقت دیتی ہے۔ چھلکے سمیت کھانے سے ہضم ہو جاتی ہے۔ کشمیری ناشپاتی اور بگو گوشے کے بھی یہی اوصاف ہیں

لیکن کچے امرود حکمت سے جڑے افراد کھانے کو کہتے ہیں کہ قبض دور ہوتی هے اور بے شمار فوائد ہیں.
