SHA Foundation is made in the Memory of Syed Haziq Ali who is known as a "Mujahid" due to his struggles and sacrifices for the nation. Born in 1920 in a respectable family of Syed Sadiq Ali. Done his Matric from Jhansi UP (Allahbad Board, India) in 1935. After completing his BA, he done his LLB from Holkar College Indore in 1941. As a Politician:
1- Salar of City (Hyderabad Sindh) in 1949.
2- General Secretary of Muslim League Hyderabad.
3- Supported Mader-E-Millat against general Muhammad Ayub khan as B.D member.
4- Elected twice as municipal councilor Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.
5- He worked as a dedicated Muslim League Member all over his life. As a Educationalist:
1- Member Syndicate of Sindh University.
2- Elected president of Primary Teachers Association (1950 to 1960)
3- Elected president of Government secondary teachers association (1953 to 1961)
4- Founder of Sha Latif Educalional Society:
a- Shah Latif Degree College ,Hyderabad
b- I.H Zuberi Girls College of Home Economics,Hyderabad
c-Shah Latif Science College, Hyderabad
d-Shah Latif Girls College ,Hyderabad
e- Four Primary Schools in the name of Shah Latif in Hyderabad. f- Kulsoom Memorial Girls Primary & Secondary High School, Hyderabad
g- Kulsoom Kids Paradise ,Hyderabad.
5- President Governing Body of the following organziations:

6- Company Commander 20th P.N.G Pakistan National Guard Battalion (ARMY Organization With Ranks of Majors)
