Teachers Development Center has been conducting its flagship program, Master Teachers' Course for the last 22 years. Since 1997, this program has been a spring board for teachers to grow in their careers to becoming principals in their schools and educational leaders in their communities.

Our goal has always been to share the latest learnings and teachings about the education landscape. At the end of 2025, we open to our MTCPs, a two day effort in sharing our learnings and pondering over some big questions as we strive together in an age of AI and a literacy crisis.

🚗🏫 The Grand Travel and Education Tour Concludes! 🚗🏫

With the support of Roots Millennium Schools & Colleges - TME Director, TDC Abbas Husain conducted a 10 day tour of their school network in KPK and Punjab. He led exclusive sessions with parents to support them in understanding the emotional, social, and developmental needs of children in today’s rapidly changing world.

Each session aimed to strengthen the home–school partnership and equip parents with practical, research-backed strategies to nurture confident, emotionally secure, and future-ready learners.

We are extremely grateful to the school principals, parents and students for their warm welcomes and open hearts and minds in making efforts to understand each other and the challenges and joys of educating in this day of technology, choice and information.
