This Labor Day, we celebrate the hands that sort, lift, collect, and transform waste into value - often working long after the world has gone to rest. Their dedication powers the circular economy and drives real climate action on the ground.

At Irverde, our mission stands on their resilience.

Earth already knows how to heal, we just need to stop getting in the way!

This Earth Day, shift from overconsumption to intelligent utilization.
Reduce what you take, maximize what you use, and trust natural systems to do what they’ve done for millions of years - Regenerate.

Organic waste isn’t waste. It’s a resource.
Given the chance, the Earth converts it back into soil, restoring life, closing the loop, and strengthening ecosystems.

At Irverde, we don’t just manage waste - we design systems where nothing is wasted.

Reduce. Utilize fully. Let Earth do the work.

Pakistan generates 3.9 million tons of plastic waste every year and only 4–9% gets recycled.

The rest? Landfills, drains, and our environment.

Plastic bags are used for minutes, polluting for decades.

We collect plastic bag waste and turn it into 100% recycled garbage bags in collaboration with TrioFlex.

But recycling alone won’t fix this. We must reduce first.

Zero waste is possible - if it becomes part of our daily choices.
When we reduce first, refuse consciously, and recycle responsibly.

Pollution does not recognize borders !

When large fossil-fuel storage facilities burn, the atmosphere receives an intense pulse of pollutants within hours. A single oil-tank fire can release thousands of tons of combustion emissions, including particulate matter and toxic gases that travel across regions through atmospheric circulation.

The immediate atmospheric load includes

• PM2.5 and PM10 particulate matter : microscopic particles linked to respiratory and cardiovascular disease. Major oil fires can release hundreds to thousands of tons of fine particulates in a single incident.

• Black carbon (soot) : a powerful climate pollutant capable of absorbing sunlight and heating the atmosphere. Black carbon from large petroleum fires can contribute 10–15% of the total particulate plume.

• Nitrogen oxides (NOx) : high-temperature combustion can emit several hundred tons per day, contributing to ozone formation and secondary smog.

• Sulfur dioxide (SO₂) : crude oil combustion can emit thousands of kilograms per hour, forming sulfate aerosols that worsen air quality and acid deposition.

Once released, these pollutants can remain suspended in the atmosphere for days to weeks, traveling hundreds or even thousands of kilometers depending on wind patterns and atmospheric stability.

For Pakistan, this is not only a geopolitical event, it is a regional Air-Quality concern.

Urban centers like Karachi already experience PM2.5 levels frequently exceeding WHO safe limits by 5-7 times, meaning even moderate increases in atmospheric pollution can amplify public-health risks.

Regional fossil-fuel fires illustrate a larger reality,
Air pollution, climate forcing, and environmental health are interconnected systems.
What burns in one part of the world does not stay there.
It moves through our shared atmosphere.

Environmental Security is no longer separate from Global Security.

This International Women’s Day, we celebrate the strength, resilience, and dignity of every woman.

A woman is not defined by just one role. She may be building a business, leading change, caring for her family, pursuing her dreams, or quietly holding everything together at home. Every role she plays matters.

Because before anything else - she is Human.
And proudly, powerfully, she is a Woman.

At Irverde GoGreen, we believe a sustainable future is only possible when women are empowered, respected, and given equal opportunities to lead, create, and thrive.

Today we honor every woman who is shaping a better world in her own way.

Happy International Women’s Day 💚

Starting the new year by celebrating a journey from late last year 🇩🇪 ✨

Another Achievement Unlocked 🌟

In November, we had the privilege of PITCHING at the IMPACT FESTIVAL in Frankfurt, where we pitched, learned, and connected with amazing companies working on Sustainability, Carbon emissions reduction, ESG solutions, and impact calculation platforms.

Thanks to GIZ Pakistan Adaptation Community Team Josué Arguedas Mehdi Mustafa & GreenTec Capital Partners Godson Quaye Umair Sheikh Wajahat Iqbal, PMP, CBAP, and together with other participants from Pakistan, we explored new avenues for collaboration and growth. Representing Pakistan at such a global forum was truly an honor and a reminder of the potential our ecosystem holds.

Here’s to meaningful conversations, global partnerships, and scaling impact in Pakistan with industries here in Pakistan !

We are willing to provide a WASTE CONSULTATION & AN ESG ACTION PLAN for our upcoming clients !
