In the wake of the disaster, what this graphic fails to capture is the prolonged mental trauma and anxiety the population has endured for months, along with the deep uncertainty that awaits them as winter continues.
Urgent Appeal for Chipurson – Immediate Humanitarian Action Needed
In a recent video, **Amir Hussain** highlights the alarming and heartbreaking situation in Chipurson, where residents have been suffering for the past 6 to 7 months due to continuous distress and neglect. Despite visible signs of danger, the concerned authorities and departments of the **Government of Pakistan** treated the situation as normal and failed to take timely action.
Now, a devastating earthquake has further destroyed what little stability the people had left. Families have lost their homes and are struggling to survive in *extreme weather conditions reaching -20°C. For months, residents have lived in constant fear, unable to sleep peacefully, facing severe **mental trauma and uncertainty.
Children, women, and senior citizens* are the most affected. They cannot endure such harsh conditions without immediate assistance. These are **human lives*, not statistics.
We urgently call upon the *government, disaster management authorities, humanitarian organizations, and civil society* to take immediate action provide shelter, medical aid, food, and psychological support to the victims of Chipurson.
Silence and delay will only cost more lives.
Immediate help is not a choice - it is a responsibility.
