Dear citizens. Take extra precautions at Qurbani.
It's a testing time. Eid e Qurban is tomorrow InshaAllah, while the city is badly affected with rain. Even if rain stops now, it seems likely that the city's drains will remain chocked and water will remain stagnant in the lanes and roads, already mixed with sewerage in many areas. If blood from sacrificial animals joins it, it will creat a breeding ground for viral/bacterial diseases which will reach every part of city, apart from the filthy environment.
So please
SACRIFICE ANIMALS IN GARDENS, OR SIMILAR SOFT SURFACE TO LET IT ABSORB AND AVOID MIXING WITH STAGNANT RAIN WATER.

DIG PITS IN COMPOUNDS WITHOUT SUCH SOFT SOIL AVAILABLE, AND BURY THE BLOOD OF ANIMALS IN IT.

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE FILTH FROM ANIMALS ON ROADS; BUY LARGE PLASTIC BAGS, AND PUT ALL THE FILTH IN IT, TILL THE MUNICIPALITY VAN OR OTHER ARRANGEMENTS REMOVE IT AWAY.

DO NOT BE SELFISH IN KEEPING ONLY YOUR HOUSE CLEAN, REMEMBER IF DEADLY INFECTIONS SPREAD, EVERYONE WILL BE UNSAFE.
