Please do not think that you are studying Maths when solving Locus (plural Loci) problems. Since they are mere common sense questions. Treating it Mathematically rather Sensibly with further destroy the understanding.

How much/or not to devalue currency in order to obtain optimum balance i.e. exports order increase since they will be cheaper with devalued currency and increased import bill, due to devalued currency, is even nightmare for Governments. At least economics student know the problem, if not the exact solution. Possible solutions are "possible" only and not definitive.

Understanding Provision for Doubtful Debts and its accounting entries is amongst the greatest fears for the Accounts Students. Try to treat it as contra asset (anti debtor) rather than liability and many misconceptions will be cleared.
