*Surprise Academic Visit & Student Feedback at FICM*
Principal Prof. Ather Adnan conducted a comprehensive surprise visit of Middle Classes (VI, VII, VIII) covering both Boys and Girls wings.

*1. Classroom Observation*
The Principal observed teaching methodologies, classroom engagement, student participation, and academic practices across the classes.

*2. Direct Student Interaction*
Students were engaged directly to obtain first-hand feedback regarding their academic, administrative, and classroom-related concerns.

*3. Immediate Resolution of Administrative Issues*
Several administrative concerns were highlighted by students. The Principal immediately directed the HM (Secondary) Ma'am Rukhsana and DPE Mr. Ibad Shah to address and resolve the identified issues on the spot, wherever possible.

*4. Academic Issues & Follow-up*
Academic concerns were duly noted, and the Principal directed the relevant HM (Secondary) to take appropriate corrective measures and submit an action-taken report within the prescribed timeline.

*5. Students’ Suggestions*
Students, including boys and girls, openly shared their ideas and suggestions. A recurring suggestion was the increase of sports activities. The Principal apprised students that DPE is already working and planning to further increase sports activities, across all wings.
