A milestone moment at the SIMPACT Symposium.

We're incredibly proud to share that our Generians Fatima Zohair and Ahmed Irfan represented Generation's College at the SIMPACT Symposium, hosted by the Aga Khan University's Centre for Innovation in Medical Education — presenting original research on one of the most important questions in healthcare today: is medical AI fair to everyone?

Their study examined how leading AI models — GPT, Gemini, and Copilot — assess medical urgency when patients describe their symptoms using non-Western expressions and traditional home remedies. Testing 99 patient statements across 9 medical conditions and 11 linguistic profiles, they uncovered a striking "bias gap": the AI accurately flagged emergencies described in Standard English, but downgraded the severity of the same conditions when described in minority dialects — often because it anchored onto mentions of home remedies.

Their conclusion is a powerful one: today's diagnostic AI can overlook the very communities it should protect, and true digital health equity will require training these systems on diverse cultural expressions and indigenous health practices.

Meet Syed Nabeel Ali Jafri, the CORE facilitator behind Capturing Moments: Filmmaking.

In this elective, our Generians master the real craft of storytelling behind the lens — angles, framing, scripting, cinematography, lighting, sound, and editing. They'll learn what makes someone stop scrolling in the first five seconds, and how to hold an audience all the way to the end.

By the finish, every student walks away having created their own content from start to finish — shot, edited, and produced into a complete piece.
That's what CORE at Generation's is all about. ✨

When our guest speaker leaves inspired too.

After his session at Generation's, Jawwad Mehmood shared some heartfelt reflections and they mean the world to us.

What stood out most to him were our Generians themselves: students who think beyond the box, ask difficult and thoughtful questions, and are always encouraged to do so.

Reflecting on the session, he spoke about what our students are truly building — trustworthiness, being proactive, and stepping up to serve their community and the Ummah. His hope? That each Generian goes on to serve their country and community in the most positive way. 🤲

Great stories begin with big questions — and even bigger skies. 🚀✨

Our Shaheens had an inspiring session with Saim Nawaz, IOAA Ambassador for Generation's, on the International Olympiad on Astronomy and Astrophysics (IOAA).

The session opened up the fascinating worlds of astronomy and astrophysics, introducing students to the chance to represent Pakistan on an international stage and encouraging them to look up, dream bigger, and explore the universe beyond the classroom.

Who knows? The next great astronomer might just be sitting in our Circle Arena today. 🔭

Meet Osama Hashmi, Class of 2019, now back where it all began as a CORE facilitator for Entrepreneurship & Financial Literacy.

For Osama, this course is about something every young person deserves: the confidence to earn, invest, and build on their own terms. From starting a small venture to serving thousands, financial independence is a skill for today's world and he's passing down everything his own journey taught him.
