Skills shape futures, and that was at the heart of this conversation.
At KSESS Talks 2026 in collaboraon with Funoon Forum, the panel “Beyond the Textbook: Developing Skills That Shape Student Futures” explored the importance of building student profiles that go beyond grades and academics.
From communication and confidence to exposure, experiences, and adaptability, the discussion highlighted how education today must prepare students not just for exams, but for life!
A heartfelt thank you to our incredible panelists, Hassan Khan, Sarah Hyder, and Sohaib Munir, for bringing such valuable and thoughtful perspectives to the session.
And special appreciation to Rukaiya Salman for moderating the conversation so meaningfully and creating space for such an engaging discussion!
It was a powerful reminder that some of the most important things students learn are not always found in textbooks.tu

Wellbeing in schools isn’t an add-on, it’s the foundation.
The panel “Challenges in Developing a Wellness Culture in Schools” at KSESS Talks 2026 opened up an important and deeply needed conversation.
We were privileged to hear from Dr. Aisha Sanober, Ambreen Ahmed, Rabia Aziz, Falak Shaikhani, and Sarah Hyder, who each brought powerful and grounded perspectives from mental health, education leadership, inclusive education, and school practice.
Together, they reminded us that creating supportive school environments takes intention, collaboration, and sustained effort, not just awareness.
A heartfelt thank you to all our panelists for sharing their expertise so openly and intentionally. Thank you to Mr Mohsin for moderating the session !
These are the conversations that slowly but surely shape better schools.
