Today, our faculty had the privilege of attending the 4th session of the Professional Excellence Series, facilitated by Dr. Muhammad Shahzad (PhD Computer Science) on the topic "How to Strengthen Students' Focus."

The session offered practical, research-based strategies to improve students' concentration, engagement, and learning through purposeful classroom practices. It inspired our teachers to create focused, positive, and productive learning environments.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Muhammad Shahzad for sharing his valuable expertise and inspiring our educators to continue learning and growing.

📚 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗜 🤖

Our third in-house professional development session focused on empowering teachers to use Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a smart teaching assistant to enhance lesson planning, create engaging learning activities, and save valuable time—allowing them to focus more on meaningful teaching and student learning.

The session was conducted by Ms. Afshan Khaliq (Secondary Coordinator), who guided teachers on using AI responsibly, creatively, and effectively in the classroom. The session inspired our educators to embrace modern technology while continuing to nurture critical thinking, creativity, and excellence in education.

At Dare Arqam Jauhar Boys Campus, we believe that a teacher's personal growth is the foundation of quality education. Alhamdulillah, we have officially commenced Tajweed Training Classes for our respected teachers to help them recite the Holy Qur'an with correct pronunciation, proper articulation (Makharij), and beautiful intonation.

The training is being conducted by our Qaria Ms. Zainab, whose dedication and expertise will, In shaa Allah, support our teachers in strengthening their Qur'anic recitation. We pray that Allah ﷻ accepts this humble effort, fills our hearts with the love of the Qur'an, and enables us to teach His Book with excellence and sincerity. Ameen.

As part of our Professional Excellence Series, the second in-house training session focused on helping teachers understand stress, manage emotions, and build a positive mindset for effective teaching. Through practical techniques including mindfulness, breathing exercises, visualization, and simple stress-management strategies, participants learned how inner calm leads to greater confidence, stronger classroom management, and a more inspiring learning environment.

The session was conducted by Ms. Afsheen, Tarbiya Coordinator, who emphasized that a peaceful teacher creates a peaceful classroom. May Allah ﷻ bless our teachers with wisdom, patience, and emotional strength to continue shaping the future with excellence. Ameen.

At DAS Boys Campus, we believe that teacher development is a continuous journey. As part of our tradition, we regularly conduct in-house professional development sessions during and after the summer break to refresh, inspire, and prepare our educators for the new academic session.

Today, we successfully conducted the first in-house training session on "Professional Excellence Begins with Self-Discipline," facilitated by Ms. Afsheen, Tarbiya Coordinator. The session highlighted the importance of punctuality, commitment, integrity, and professionalism, with inspiring examples from the life of the Holy Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.
