AYDP - Association of Youth Development for Pakistan is hosting “Entrepreneurial Leadership Summit" , happening this September at Marriott Hotel, Karachi. The conference aims at providing the youth of today with avenues to develop their personal capacity in areas that will be of use to them in the near future,such as career mapping, handling peer pressure, time management, confidence building, public speaking skills coupled with diplomacy. Furthermore, the conference focuses on the participants to create networks, break through connections and get to know each other on a professional level. Moreover, this will provide the participants a powerful metaphor for business applications by framing current business issues in epic military and exploration narratives. The “Entrepreneurial Leadership Summit” uses the First Serve Life Skills Curriculum to empower young people by providing them with a conference which will span over two days’ time. This exciting event will be held in September, at the Marriott Hotel. Additionally, the conference emphases on the applicants to fashion networks, break through connections and get to know each other on a proficient level. Also, this will provide the participants a influential representation for business applications by enclosing current business issues in epic military and exploration narratives. Entrepreneurial Leadership Summit will encompass modes of learning including lecture, discussion, video, classroom, and peer coaching. This comprehensive approach would engage participants across multiple dimensions: emotional, physical, psychological, and intellectual. DAY 1 :
Participants will have interactive sessions with various known speakers from across Pakistan. This shall help them discover their career paths and they would be enlightened about how the speakers made it vast in the corporate world. The applicants will advance the skills to stand out from the crowd in whichever field they choose and would be able to progress a deeper knowledge of the intercontinental and internal issues at hand. DAY 2 :
The students participating will encompass a competition between themselves where they shall be divided into different teams and would be asked to explore real world solutions; a community need, and design a sustainable service plan to service this need.
