🚭 عالمی یومِ انسدادِ تمباکو نوشی – 31 مئی 🚭

تمباکو نوشی صحت کے لیے انتہائی نقصان دہ ہے اور ہر سال لاکھوں افراد مختلف بیماریوں کا شکار ہو کر اپنی جانیں گنوا دیتے ہیں۔ سگریٹ، گٹکا، نسوار اور دیگر تمباکو مصنوعات نہ صرف استعمال کرنے والے فرد بلکہ اس کے آس پاس موجود لوگوں کی صحت کو بھی متاثر کرتی ہیں۔

آئیے آج کے دن عہد کریں کہ ہم خود بھی تمباکو سے دور رہیں گے اور اپنے خاندان، دوستوں اور معاشرے میں اس کے نقصانات کے بارے میں آگاہی پھیلائیں گے۔

Today in the skill lab, our students successfully practiced vital signs assessment with outstanding performance and dedication. Their confidence, teamwork, practical skills, and professional attitude were truly commendable. It was inspiring to see every student actively participating with enthusiasm, passion, and a strong commitment to learning. 🌸

📖 Allah Almighty says in the Holy Qur’an:
وَالْفَجْرِ وَلَيَالٍ عَشْرٍ
“By the dawn, and by the ten nights.”
(Surah Al-Fajr 89:1-2)

🌹 The blessed first ten days of ZilHaj are among the most beloved days to Allah. Let us increase our prayers, sacrifices, charity, remembrance of Allah, and good deeds during these sacred days.
🤲 May Allah accept our عبادات, duas, and sacrifices, and bless the Muslim Ummah with unity, peace, and prosperity. Ameen.
