Plagiarism can be explained as intentional or unintentional use of already published ideas or works by other authors or writers, in parts or as whole without properly citing the sources of the data within the text of the document and in the reference list OR Expressing others' ideas or works as own work by not referencing it or using any fraudulent means of making a report which violates the integrity and copyrights of original written content and its creator. It can be avoided by mentioning the work in inverted commas when making a direct quotation, thereby providing necessary citations where required and explaining the concept and ideas in a self-explanatory style by citing the sources within the text and at the end of the work.
