IBS is BAC accredited

The British education system is quite rightly regarded as one of the best in the world. IBS was awarded full institutional accreditation from the British Accreditation Council.

This accreditation means that IBS met BAC's quality assurance standards and gained the independent Accreditation Committee’s approval. BAC, a trusted and internationally respected British quality assurance organisation reviewed IBS's processes and demonstrates to everyone that it is a high quality institution.

In order to achieve BAC accreditation, the institution has had to demonstrate that it meets BAC’s rigorous standards in four inspection areas:

Management, Staffing and Administration
Teaching, Learning and Assessment
Student Welfare
Premises and Facilities
Education experts from the BAC inspectorate assessed IBS against their standards during a formal inspection visit. The Inspection team wrote a report for the independent Accreditation Committee who subsequently awarded accreditation which is valid for four years.

British standards
British education is known for its very high quality and therefore this accreditation ensures to students, parents and partners that the education provided by IBS is of the highest quality available. Some of the key things that the British brand represents are:

High quality processes and procedures
An emphasis on externality (at both programme and organisational level)
Ensuring regular reviews of provision which involve both internal and external stakeholders
Focus on ensuring there are robust systems in place to provide support to students or participants
BAC
BAC was established by the UK’s Department of Education and the British Council in 1984 to oversee independent further and higher education in the UK. As a full member of the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA) and the International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE) BAC has been externally assessed on its standards and processes. BAC currently accredits more than 230 institutions across 19 countries.

International Business School regularly conducts its Employability Survey to follow up on the career progression success (employment / further education) of its fresh graduates. Six months after our graduation ceremony, we reach out to our former students to inquire about their career paths and to ask them to briefly reflect on their studies at IBS in light of their new experiences.

The results of the current survey are indeed exceptional:

more than 78% of our students have found full-time or part-time employment in parallel to or immediately after finishing their studies at IBS;
the vast majority (80%) of our graduates earn more than 300,000 HUF per month; 40% of the MSc graduates earn more than 600,000 HUF a month;
according to our graduates, they significantly improved their employability skills during their studies, primarily communication, collaboration and project management skills;
the majority of our students (65%) reported that they make remarkable or excellent use of the skills acquired at IBS in their current roles.
