نبی کریم ﷺ نے اس سے منع فرمایا کہ کوئی شہری کسی دیہاتی کا مال و اسباب بیچے اور یہ کہ کوئی ( سامان خریدنے کی نیت کے بغیر دوسرے اصل خریداروں سے ) بڑھ کر بولی نہ دے ۔ اسی طرح کوئی شخص اپنے بھائی کے سودے میں مداخلت نہ کرے ۔ کوئی شخص ( کسی عورت کو ) دوسرے کے پیغام نکاح ہوتے ہوئے اپنا پیغام نہ بھیجے ۔ اور کوئی عورت اپنی کسی دینی بہن کو اس نیت سے طلاق نہ دلوائے کہ اس کے حصہ کو خود حاصل کر لے ۔

The Prophet ﷺ forbade that a town-dweller should sell the goods of a villager on his behalf, and that anyone should outbid others without the intention of buying (merely to raise the price). He also forbade a person from interfering in his brother’s transaction, and that someone should send a marriage proposal to a woman when another person’s proposal is already under consideration. Likewise, a woman should not seek the divorce of her Muslim sister in order to take her place for herself.

قرآنی دعا

*رَبَّنَا آتِنَا مِنْ لَدُنْكَ رَحْمَةً وَهَيِّئْ لَنَا مِنْ أَمْرِنَا رَشَدًا*

*اے ہمارے پروردگار! ہمیں اپنے پاس سے رحمت عطا فرما اور ہمارے کام میں ہمارے لئے راہ یابی کو آسان کر دے.*

"Our Allah, grant us from Yourself mercy and prepare for us from our affair right guidance."

(سورۃ الکہف 10)

أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم
بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم

لن ينال الله لحومها ولا دماؤها ولكن يناله التقوى منكم كذلك سخرها لكم لتكبروا الله على ما هداكم وبشر المحسنين

اللہ تعالٰی کو قربانیوں کے گوشت نہیں پہنچتے نہ ان کے خون بلکہ اسے توتمہارے دل کی پرہیزگاری پہنچتی ہے اسی طرح اللہ نے جانوروں کو تمہارا مطیع کر دیا ہے کہ تم اس کی راہنمائی کے شکریئے میں اس کی بڑائیاں بیان کرو ، اور نیک لوگوں کو خوشخبری سنا دیجئے ۔

Their meat will not reach Allah , nor will their blood, but what reaches Him is piety from you. Thus have We subjected them to you that you may glorify Allah for that [to] which He has guided you; and give good tidings to the doers of good.

(Surah Al Hajj verse 37)

رسول اللہ (ﷺ) نے فرمایا: ”سب سے بہتر دعا عرفہ والے دن کی دعا ہے اور میں نے اب تک جو کچھ ( بطور ذکر ) کہا ہے اور مجھ سے پہلے جو دوسرے نبیوں نے کہا ہے ان میں سب سے بہتر دعا یہ ہے:

لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له له الملك وله الحمد وهو على كل شيء قدير

”اللہ واحد کے سوا کوئی معبود برحق نہیں ہے اس کا کوئی شریک نہیں، اسی کے لیے ( ساری کائنات کی ) بادشاہت ہے، اسی کے لیے ساری تعریفیں ہیں اور وہ ہر چیز پر قادر ہے“۔

The Prophet (ﷺ) said: “The best of supplication is the supplication of the Day of `Arafah. And the best of what I and the Prophets before me have said is:

لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له له الملك وله الحمد وهو على كل شيء قدير

None has the right to be worshipped, but Allah, Alone, without partner, to Him belongs all that exists, and to Him belongs the Praise, and He is powerful over all things.

Tirmidhi Hadith No. 3585

رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا عشرہ ذی الحجہ سے بڑھ کر کوئی دن اللہ کی نگاہوں میں معظم نہیں اور نہ ہی ان کے علاوہ کسی اور دن میں اعمال اتنے زیادہ پسند ہیں ، اس لئے ان دنوں میں تہلیل (لا الہ الا اللہ)، تکبیر (اللہ اکبر) اور تحمید (الحمدللہ) کثرت سے پڑھا کرو”

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “There are no days more great and revered in the sight of Allah, and no days in which deeds are more beloved to Him, than the first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah. Therefore, increase in these days the recitation of tahleel (Lā ilāha illā Allāh), takbeer ( Allāhu Akbar), and tahmeed ( Al-hamdu li-Llāh).”

Masnad Ahmed Hadith No. 5446

نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ جب تم ذوالحجہ کا چاند دیکھو اور تم میں سے کوئی شخص قربانی کا ارادہ رکھتا ہو ، وہ اپنے بالوں اور ناخنوں کو ( نہ کاٹے ) اپنے حال پر رہنے دے ۔‘‘

Allah's Messenger (‌ﷺ ‌) said: If anyone has in his possession a sacrificial animal to offer as a sacrifice (on 'Id al-Adha), he should not get his hair cut and nails trimmed after he has entered the first days of Dhu'l Hijja.

Sahih Muslim Hadith No. 1977

ازواج مطہرات فرماتی ہیں کہ نبی ﷺ عاشوراء محرم ، ذوالحجہ کے پہلے نو دن اور ہر مہینے کے تین دن ، مہینے کا پہلا سوموار اور دو ابتدائی جمعراتیں روزہ رکھا کرتے تھے ۔

One of the wives of the Prophet (ﷺ) said: The Prophet (ﷺ) used to fast on the day of 'Ashura, nine days of Dhul-Hijjiah and three days each month: The first Monday of the month, and two Thursday.

Nasai Hadith No. 2374

نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا ان دنوں (ذوالحجہ کے ابتدائی دس دن) کے عمل سے زیادہ کسی دن کے عمل میں فضیلت نہیں ۔ لوگوں نے پوچھا اور جہاد میں بھی نہیں ۔ آپ نے فرمایا کہ ہاں جہاد میں بھی نہیں سوا اس شخص کے جو اپنی جان و مال خطرہ میں ڈال کر نکلا اور واپس آیا تو ساتھ کچھ بھی نہ لایا ( سب کچھ اللہ کی راہ میں قربان کر دیا )۔

The Prophet (ﷺ) said: No good deeds done on other days are superior to those done on these (first ten days of Dhul Hijja). Then some companions asked, Not even Jihad? He (ﷺ) replied, Not even Jihad, except that of a man who does it by putting himself and his property in danger (for Allah's sake) and does not return with any of those things.

Sahih Bukhari Hadith No. 969

رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ بندہ اپنے رب کے سب سے زیادہ قریب اس حالت میں ہوتا ہے جب وہ سجدے میں ہوتا ہے ، لہذا اس میں کثرت سے دعا کرو ۔‘‘

The Messenger of Allah ( ‌ﷺ ‌) said: The nearest a servant comes to his Lord is when he is prostrating himself, so make supplication (in this state).

Sahih Muslim Hadith No. 482

، 📚حـــــــدیثِ رســـولﷺ❤️*
حضرت ابورزین رضی اللّہ عنہ سے روایت ہے۔انھوں نے کہا۔اے اللہ کے رسول! میرے والد بہت بوڑھے ہیں اور حج عمرے کی طاقت نہیں رکھتے اور نہ سواری پر سوار ہو سکتے ہیں۔آپﷺ نے فرمایا:اپنے باپ کی طرف سے حج اور عمرہ کرو۔
