🔺علامات میں تیز بخار، سر درد، چکر آنا، جلد کا سرخ/خشک ہونا، اور بے ہوشی شامل ہیں۔ فوری طبی امداد ضروری ہے، مریض کو ٹھنڈی جگہ منتقل کریں اور پانی پلائیں۔
🔹وجوہات: زیادہ دیر دھوپ میں رہنا، گرمی میں سخت مشقت، اور جسم کا درجہ حرارت کنٹرول کرنے کا نظام ناکام ہونا۔
🔆علامات:
✳️ابتدائی: شدید سر درد، چکر آنا، متلی یا قے، ٹھنڈے پسینے، تیز دھڑکن۔
✳️شدید: جلد سرخ اور خشک (پسینہ نہ آنا)، کپکپی، الجھن، بے ہوشی یا سکتہ۔
احتیاطی تدابیر:گرمی کے اوقات (صبح 10 سے شام 4 بجے) میں باہر جانے سے گریز کریں۔پانی کا کثرت سے استعمال کریں، چاہے پیاس نہ بھی لگی ہو۔ہلکے رنگ کے اور ڈھیلے کپڑے پہنیں۔باہر نکلتے وقت سر کو ٹوپی یا کپڑے سے ڈھانپیں
