It was a beautiful morning, and our children were busy playing in the play area when a little bird suddenly caught their attention.
The running stopped. The play paused. And for a moment, everyone simply watched.
They wondered where it had come from, what it was doing there, and whether it needed help. Instead of trying to catch it or getting scared, they gave it space and watched quietly.
It was a small moment, but one that showed us something beautiful about children — how naturally they can pause, notice and care.
Sometimes, the most meaningful lessons are the ones that happen when no lesson was planned.
