Beyond The Wallet – Panel Talk 2026 “Think Smarter, Spend Wiser” was organized by SBP Student Ambassador KUBS under the supervision of Student Advisor Sohaib Uz Zaman, in collaboration with the State Bank of Pakistan.

The session aimed to promote financial awareness among students by highlighting the importance of smart spending, informed investing, and protecting oneself from market scams and fraudulent schemes. In today’s fast-changing financial environment, the event focused on equipping students with practical knowledge about budgeting, saving strategies, responsible financial decision-making, and understanding Pakistan’s financial system.

The Faculty of Management and Administrative Sciences, University of Karachi, organized an Open House Session featuring its departments of KUBS, Commerce and DPA at the KUBS Auditorium to guide students interested in admissions for the 2026.

The session aimed to introduce the academic programs, admission criteria and career opportunities offered within these departments. Students actively engaged in insightful discussions and received valuable guidance from faculty members.

The presentation was delivered by Dr. Sohaib Uz Zaman, Student Advisor (KUBS) and Dr. Sara Anjum, Faculty Member (KUBS) along with the Student Advisors from the Commerce Department, Mr. Farrukh Aslam and Dr. Faraz Wajidi, and Dr. Tehmina Faisal from the Department of Public Administration.

The event was attended by the Chairpersons and Faculty Members of KUBS, DPA and DOC, along with the Dean Faculty of Management and Administrative Sciences, Prof. Dr. Zaeema Asrar Mohiuddin, who appreciated the initiative and encouraged students to pursue their academic interests with passion and purpose.
