ICE CREAM & JELLY CUSTARD

Ice cream 1/2 litre
Milk 1/2 litre
Sawiyyan 1 cup
Vanilla custard powder 2 tbsp
Sugar 1/2 cup
Condensed milk 1/2 cup
Banana 4
Cream 1 cup
Pineapple slice 1 cup
Strawberries 1 cup
Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
Green jelly, Red jelly and Orange jelly

METHOD:-

Milk mai sawaiyan dal k low heat pe pakayen, sawaiyan soft hojayen to in mai sugar aur pani mai custard powder mix karte dalien, aur cold karlien,

phr teeno jelly ko alag alag paka k jamalien,

ek alag bowl mai cream, condensed milk, aur vanilla essence dal k beat karen,

is k baad banana, pineapple aur strawberries k big pieces karte big serving bowl mai daalien,

ab is mai ice cream, custard aur cream mixture ko frutis k sath mix karen,

end mai jelly k pieces shamil karte chilled karen aur serve karen.....

Dal Dhokli is a traditional Gujarati and Rajasthani comfort food made by simmering spiced wheat flour dumplings in a tangy and flavorful lentil curry.

DAL DHOKLI

Mash ki dal 2 cups
salt, red chilli powder ur taste

FOR BIGAR:-

Oil 1/2 cup
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Peanuts 4 tbsp
Curry Leaves 8
Tomoto chopped 2
Red chilli, haldi ur taste
Imli ka Pulp 1 tbsp
whole red chilli 3

FOR DHOKLI:-

Flour 1 cup
Basin 1/2 cup
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Haldi 1/2 tsp
Salt ur taste
Oil 2 tbsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Zeera whole 1 tsp

METHOD:-

Dal mai salt, red chilli, haldi dal k ise achi tarah cook karlien,
ab dhokli k ingediants mix karte gond lien, phr ise bhel k pieces karlien,
phr ise cook ki hui dal mai shamil karte 10 min pakayen,

ek pan mai bigar k lie oil garam karte bigar k ingrediants dal k masala bhoonien phr ise cook ki hui dal mai 5 min pakayen,

phr heat remove kardien....... ap aise spoon se b kha sakte hain ya boil rice k sath b serve karsakte hain........

Homemade Choclate Almonds Brownies without oven baking

Sugar 250 gms
Oil 108 gms
Egg 3
Maida 60 gms
Coco powder 25 gms
Coffee powder 2 tbsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp

Method:

Ek bowl mai sugar, egg, oil dal k ache se beat karen jab tak fluffy jesa na ho jab tak beat karte rahen, is k baad maida dal k mix Karen

Phr is mai coco powder, baking powder, aur coffee powder, shamil Karen, aur achi tarah mix Karen agr zayada thick lage to thora sa milk add kardije, batter thora soft fluffy hona chaiye,

Phr is batter ko kisi b mold shape k pan mai daldien,

Pehle pateele ko 5 min Hest Karen, then cake pan 1 hour k lie cover karte rakhdien bake k lie,

Jab ache se bake hojaye to heat remove karte thora thanda karne rakhdien ache se brownie shape cut karte serve kije

( wase ye simple Brownies ki recipie hai jo picture k sath already uploaded hai aur title k hisab se ye choclate almonds hain aur ab batati hu jab baking pan mai half batter dal k phr crushed Almonds dalien aur phr baqi ka batter dal k baking pe rakhdien, aur jab bake hojaye to ek Cadbury choclate lekar ise crush Karen aur cake k upor set karte fridge mai thori daher rakhdien for 5 mins jab tak choclate tight hojayegi then pieces cut karte serve kije)

Bacho ko lunch box mai b desakte hain

Mutton half kg
Salt 1 tbsp
G.G paste 1 tbsp
Chilli powder 2 tsp
Haldi powder 1 tsp
Tomoto 2 big size
Phool Gobhi 1 pao
Corriander Powder 1 tsp
G.chilli paste 1 tsp
Onion 2 big size
Oil

METHOD:-

phool gobhi k big pieces cut karte fry karlien phr nikal k alag plate mai rakhdien,

Ab ek pateele mai oil, onion, g.g.paste fry Karen jab colour change hone lage to mutton daldien, aur achi tarah mix Karen, phr saare basic masale, tomoto , g. Chilli paste dal k 2 cup pani dal dien, aur achi tarah mix karte gosht ko masale mai bhoon k sath mai gobhi b daldien, aur half hour k lie cook hone dien is mai gobhi b cook hojayegi aur aur gosht b soft hojayega aur gravey b thick hojayegi then heat remove kardien aur serve kije garam garam naan k sath

ALOO GOSHT SHORBE SALAN

Onion 2 big

Tomoto 4 big

G.G. paste 1 tbsp

G.Chilli paste 1 tsp

Patato 3 medium

Mutton chops half kg

Whole spices ( cinammon stick, clove, black papper) as ur requirred

Basic spicies ( salt, red chilli powder, haldi, corriander powder, zeera whole, garam masala powder, paprika powder) each spoon 1 tsp

Oil

METHOD:-

sub se pehle onion golden brown karlije,

phr spicies add karte ache se bhoon lien, aur meat add kardije, fry until colour changes,

add tomoto puree,

add water cooked meat,

then add patato,

phr medium heat mai ache se cooked karen jab oil upor ajaye gravey b thick b ho aur thora shorba b ho to heat remove kardien, aur boil rice k sath serve kije.....

sardiyon ka mausam agaya hai aur sardiyon mai matar ka season ajata hai aur jab matar ajate hain to sub se pehle matar palao ki craving hoti hai to mai ap sub k lie "hare masale matar palao ki recipie layi hu" zarur try kijega aur muje feedback dijega

GREEN MASALE KA MATAR PALAO

Rice 3 cups
Onion 1 big
Patato 2 big
Peas 2 cup
Zeera whole 1 tbsp
Bay leaves 2
G.Chillies 5 to 6
salt to taste
saunf crush 1 tbsp
oil 1/2 cup

METHOD:-

Oil garam karte patato fry karen, aur nikal k alag karlien, phr isi oil mai tamam whole garam masala dal k fry karen,

Is k baad onion fry karte peas, g.chilli dal k salt aur fried patato shamil karen, aur achi tarah bhoonlien,

ab is mai boil rice aur saunf shamil karen, aur dum pe rakhien,

end mai dish out karte shami kabab k sath serve karen.....

Whole corriander 1 tsp
Paneer 250 gms
Bay leaves 3 to 4
Matar 2 cups
Tomoto chopped 1 pao
Yogart 1 cup
Garlic ginger 1 tbsp
Oil
Haldi 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
G.chilli chopped 2 to 4
Salt ur taste
Garam masala

METHOD:-

Sub se pehle paneer k 1 inch k piece cut karlien, aur light golden fry Karte nikal k alag karlien,

Onion, g.g.paste, whole corriander, bay leaves saute karen, jab thora colour change hone lage to is mai paneer, matar, dahi, tomoto, g.chilli, aur saare basic spicies dal dije, aur 5 to 6 mins low heat pe bhonien, is mai water itna daalien, k matar soft hojaye kam z kam 20 mins cook karen, Heat remove kardien...

Sprinkle garam masala and hot serve...
