Exploring Science Through Hands-On Learning! 🔬✨

Students of *Grade lll* at *The Smart School - Gulistan-e-Jauhar Campus l* had an exciting and interactive session on *"States of Matter"*.

First, students were given a detailed explanation of the concept through engaging multimedia slides, which made learning fun and easy to understand. Afterwards, they performed a hands-on activity to observe the three states of matter - *Solid,* Liquid, and Gas.

Learning by doing makes concepts clearer and more memorable! 👏💧🧊💨

📚✨ Strengthening Project-Based Learning through Professional Development

An enriching professional training session on the AKU-EB MSP & PSP Programmes was conducted by AKU-EB professionals at The Smart School, Gulistan-e-Jauhar Campus 1.

The session focused on equipping teachers with the knowledge and practical guidance required to effectively facilitate PBL sessions for the academic session 2026–27. Teachers were guided on project planning, ex*****on, documentation, student engagement, and effective facilitation throughout the project cycle. Numerous concepts were clarified, enabling teachers to develop a stronger and more confident understanding of the programmes.

With this valuable guidance and hands-on understanding, our teachers are now fully equipped to facilitate meaningful project-based learning experiences and guide students towards purposeful, creative, and well-executed projects.

A productive step towards strengthening teaching practices and enhancing learning experiences for our students. 🌟📚

Our AKU-EB students of Classes 9 & 10 had an enriching visit to *EduConnect Expo 2026, organised by Aga Khan Education Service, Pakistan, at The Zenith Lounge*. The students explored diverse educational opportunities, interacted with institutions, and gained valuable insights into scholarships, university pathways, international education, career choices, and future academic opportunities.

In today’s rapidly evolving educational landscape, guiding students towards the right academic and career opportunities is more important than ever. Our school continues to play a vital role in providing students with meaningful exposure and platforms that help them explore, learn, and make informed choices about their future. It was truly a wonderful experience beyond the classroom, giving our students new ideas, greater exposure, and inspiration to thoughtfully plan their future. 🎓✨
