Initiative Q is an attempt by ex-PayPal guys to create a new payment system instead of payment cards that were designed in the 1950s. The system uses its own currency, the Q, and to get people to start using the system once it's ready they are allocating Qs for free to people that sign up now (the amount drops as more people join - so better to join early). Signing up is free and they only ask for your name and an email address. There's nothing to lose but if this payment system becomes a world leading payment method your Qs can be worth a lot. If you missed getting bitcoin seven years ago, you wouldn't want to miss this.

ریلوے اسکول تقریبا تیار ہے اس سے پہلے واقعتا یہ ایک ماضی کا اسکول تھا - انشاء اللہ اب دی سٹیزنز فاؤنڈیشن - ٹی سی ایف کی شمولیت کے ساتھ ، اچھے معیار کی تعلیم دی جارہی ہے کہ یہ ایک مناسب اسکول بننا چاہئے - جو علاقے کے بچوں کی زندگیوں کو متاثر کرتی ہے۔ اس اسکول کی بحالی کے لئے فنڈز مہربان عطیہ دہندگان اور مددگاروں سے اکٹھے کیے گئے تھے - اور آہستہ آہستہ 4-5 مہینوں میں ہم اب اسکول کو TCF میں پیشہ ور افراد کے حوالے کرنے کے لئے تیار ہیں تاکہ اس اسکول کا انتظام کریں۔ بہت سارے بے لوث رضاکاروں اور امداد دہندگان کو کریڈٹ ملتا ہے جنہوں نے اس کو حقیقت بنادیا ہے۔ - ڈاکٹر عارف علوی کی قیادت جس نے بیوروکریسی کے ذریعہ جدوجہد کی ، اس میں وقت لگا ، لیکن ثابت قدمی ختم ہوگئی - انشاء اللہ ایک بار جب یہ اسکول مکمل طور پر فعال ہوجاتا ہے تو اس کی دیکھ بھال شروع ہوجائے گی۔ ایک مایوس کن 250 کے لگ بھگ 2000 بچے (دونوں شفٹوں) نے اس وقت داخلہ لیا

The Railway School almost ready
It was truly a ghost school before – Insha’Allah now with the involvement of The Citizens Foundation – TCF imparting good quality education it should become a proper school – impacting the lives of children in the area.

Funds to revamp this school were raised from kind donors and supporters – and slowly in the 4-5 months we are now almost ready to hand the school over to professionals at TCF to manage this school henceforth

Credit goes out to many selfless volunteers and donors who have made this a reality – Leadership from Dr Arif Alvi who waded through the bureaucracy, it took time, but perseverance has paid off – Inshallah once this school becomes fully functional the school will start catering to around 2000 children (both shifts) from a dismal 250 enrolled at the moment
