Thanks to almighty Allah, the policy has been very successfull in achieving its targets to the degree of utmost satisfaction since the day it was implemented.

The system of Centralized Admission Policy (CAP) was introduced in the year 2000 by the Education Department, Government of Sindh for granting admissions in class XI in the colleges and higher secondary education. The very objective of the policy is to streamline the process of Admissions and root out every sort of irregularities as well as to provide equal opportunity to the students for getting admission in the colleges of their choice on the basis of marks merit. The Autorities are, therefore, pleased to continue the same policy for the session, as well and have formed a committee headed by the Director General (Colleges), Sindh @ Karachi to vigil the process of admissions in class XI, in the colleges and higher secondary schools of Karachi region.
