Senator Qurat-Ul-Ain Marri shared valuable practical insights, helping students better understand constitutional institutions and the importance of the rule of law.

Hamdard University turns legal learning into courtroom experience!

The Hamdard School of Law, Batch-53, took the initiative to organize an Inter-Batch Model Moot Court Competition, providing students with an engaging platform to strengthen their advocacy, legal research, argumentation, and courtroom skills.

Four teams participated in the competition, competing through two preliminary rounds followed by an exciting final round. Senior law students served as adjudicators, giving participants practical exposure to courtroom proceedings, legal arguments, and professional advocacy.

Hamdard University welcomed students of Nasra Public School North Karachi Campus for an exciting Eco-Discovery Tour filled with learning, exploration, and inspiration!

The students visited various faculties including FEST, FEM, and FOP, explored laboratories, discovered the rich legacy of Idara-e-Said, and experienced the knowledge and heritage of Bait Al Hikmah Library. They also enjoyed exploring Hamdard’s lush greenery and vibrant campus environment.

A day where education, knowledge, nature, and discovery came together beyond the classroom.

Hamdard University students from the Faculty of Legal Studies visited the Orangi Pilot Project Research and Training Institute (OPP-RTI), Karachi, for an insightful academic field visit.

The students explored OPP-RTI’s community-led approach to urban development, sanitation, drainage, social forestry, and sustainable solutions. They learned about the component-sharing model, documentation of Karachi’s nalas, and the importance of research and community participation in addressing urban challenges.

The visit also highlighted the remarkable contributions and legacy of Perween Rahman in supporting and documenting the needs of marginalized communities.
