IBA National Talent Hunt Program - NTHP The National Talent Hunt Program is an orientation program which selects, grooms and prepares talented students from the less privileged areas of Pakistan.

The IBA Ihsan Trust National Talent Hunt Program (NTHP) is fully funded program jointly financed by IHSAN TRUST & IBA Karachi which selects, grooms, and prepares talented students from the less privileged areas of Balochistan, Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, FATA, Gilgit Baltistan and Azad Jammu Kashmir for comprehensive IBA admission process to enter into the BBA/BS Programs. This Two Months orientation program will be based on merit cm need consideration. It will enhance students' knowledge of English Grammar & Composition, Mathematics and Presentation and Communication Skills and emphasize on personal development & grooming.

IBA successfully hosted the NTHP Orientation Program for the Fall 2027 Admission Cycle, welcoming aspiring students from across Pakistan and introducing them to the opportunities offered through the National Talent Hunt Program (NTHP).

From Passion to Profession: The Journey of Muhammad Ahmad

Muhammad Ahmad, a proud graduate of the National Talent Hunt Program (NTHP) at IBA Karachi from the Class of 2025, continues to progress in his professional journey with remarkable achievements. He recently joined British American To***co (BAT GBS) as an Associate – Commercial Finance, where he is currently managing the Levant market, including Jordan and Lebanon. Prior to this, he was working as Associate II (Business & Risk Consulting) at PwC (A.F. Ferguson & Co.). Alongside his professional career, he is also pursuing ACCA to further strengthen his expertise in finance and accounting.

During his time at IBA, Ahmad demonstrated outstanding performance in both leadership and sports. He was honored with the IBA Excellence in Sports Award (Batch of 2025), captained the Archery and Shooting Team, secured a Silver Medal at the HEC Intervarsity Archery Championship 2025, and represented the Pakistan Air Force at the 35th National Games. He also served as Vice President, School of Business Studies, IBA Students’ Government (2023–2024).

Reflecting on his journey, Ahmad shares:
“I believe my journey is a result of the opportunities and support provided by NTHP and IBA Karachi. The program allowed me to focus on my academics and extracurricular passions, helping me grow with confidence and a strong sense of responsibility.”

From Learning to Leading: The Journey of Suleman Bhatti

Muhammad Suleman Bhatti, a graduate of the National Talent Hunt Program (NTHP) at IBA Karachi (Batch of 2024), has transformed his skills and passion into a successful entrepreneurial journey by founding his digital marketing agency, Digital Suleman Bhatti. Through his platform, he provides training and services to clients and students across Pakistan.

After completing his bachelor’s degree from IBA Karachi, Suleman developed strong expertise in digital marketing and freelancing, working with international clients and establishing a solid presence in the online marketplace. To date, he has trained over 500 students, helping them build careers in the digital space.

His key achievements include becoming a top-rated freelancer, successfully launching his own agency, and having his success story featured on Jaanlo TV Pakistan.

Reflecting on his journey, Suleman shares:

Currently serving as the Unit Head - Culture & Service Transformation at Faysal Bank, Ms. Mehwish brings 16+ years of diverse experience across leading financial institutions including Standard Chartered, HBL, UBL, Bank Alfalah, and Faysal Bank. Her career reflects a powerful blend of business leadership, financial expertise, and people-centric transformation.

From NTHP Scholar to Assistant Commissioner: The Journey of Wajid Ali Shah

Wajid Ali Shah, an alumnus of the National Talent Hunt Program (NTHP) at IBA Karachi and a graduate of BS Economics (Batch of 2022), has achieved a remarkable milestone in his professional journey by securing the position of Assistant Commissioner (PMS) through the Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) 2023 conducted by the Sindh Public Service Commission.

Reflecting on his journey, Wajid shares:
