This esteemed event offered Computer Engineering 2026 students a comprehensive look at the advanced manufacturing processes, an exploration of the latest Toyota models, and insights into the brand's unwavering commitment to quality and innovation.

On October 15, 2024, the 𝗜𝗘𝗘𝗘 𝗛𝗨 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿, in collaboration with the Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) Department at Habib University, organized a visit to 𝗞-𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰'𝘀 𝗕𝗶𝗻 𝗤𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗺 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗜𝗜 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗜𝗜 for Electrical Engineering students. Students had the chance to observe the operations and technology involved in power generation of Pakistan, enhancing their understanding of the energy sector.

On 27th September 2024, the 𝗜𝗘𝗘𝗘-𝗛𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗯 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 had the honour of hosting the Inauguration of the 𝗜𝗘𝗘𝗘 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆 (𝗣𝗘𝗟𝗦) 𝗞𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿, accompanied by a Technical Talk and IEEE Membership Drive.

The event featured insightful talks by our distinguished IEEE Senior Members from Mehran University of Engineering and Technology, Dr. Mahesh Kumar Rathi and Dr. Umair Ahmed Korai who delivered insightful talks on power electronics and communication systems, highlighting their applications in modern technology. The session fostered discussions and provided attendees with valuable knowledge on the future of these technologies.

On August 22nd, IEEE Chapter hosted Class of 2019 Electrical Engineering alumnus of Habib University, Syed Nouman Hasany, an 𝗘𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗺𝘂𝘀 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿 who is currently pursuing a 𝗣𝗵𝗗 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 for Medical Imaging in 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲.

During the session, Syed Nouman Hasany shared his research journey, highlighting the transformative power of computer vision in healthcare. His talk inspired students to explore interdisciplinary engineering, focusing on the future of medical imaging and the potential of innovation in shaping healthcare.
