The University of Karachi (UoK) Monday cancelled admission of a student who had invited Ayyan Ali to the campus a couple of months ago .
According to details, Ayyan ali - a supermodel currently facing a case against her on charges of money laundering - was invited to the Department of Public Administration at UoK to deliver a lecture to students with regard to their projects.
The varsity administration had to face strong criticism from all corners after the news of Ayyan Ali's arrival repeatedly flashed on media, that too as a 'guest of honor'.
Investigations into the matter led that a student named Areeb had invited the money laundering model to the department.
