Kindergarten project: Healthy and Unhealthy foods.
Our Kindergarten is a composite class comprised of Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten students, aged 3+ to 5+ years. Our project involves teaching them about making healthy choices through hands-on activities, games, and positive language. We focus on “super fuels” (fruits, vegetables, proteins) that are good for your body and brain and provide energy versus processed foods that can make us feel tired and sluggish. We also use sensory activities like sorting and tasting to make nutrition engaging. At Kids & Co EYP, our parents are also asked to send healthy snacks to school every day and students are encouraged to make the same healthy choices in their everyday diet 👏❤️

Our professions theme for our Nursery Students concluded with the cutest dress up parade. We invited our parents to the school to watch our little ones and needless to say, everyone enjoyed the parade tremendously 💕 More cuteness available to view in our stories 😊
