ANJUMAN TALABA E ISLAM started with the view of awakening the spirit of Islam in the hearts of students. For this objective, the workers of ATI did not choose the thoughts of any specific Political or Religious Leader but used the ideology of the Love of Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) as their guiding light. They choose their destination to be the path followed by the Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) and they are determined to make Islam a worldwide success.
::: OUR IDEOLOGIES :::
The ideology of ANJUMAN TALABA E ISLAM is the ideology of the Holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him), His faithful companions and the various Ullamas and Sufis. It is the first organization, which disseminates the belief of any individual, but it is the first organization, which is based on the belief that the Love of Holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) is the foundation of Islam. Before ANJUMAN TALABA E ISLAM, the various organizations and the enemies of Islam made it their point to remove this belief from the hearts of students. With the advent of ANJUMAN TALABA E ISLAM, students gained the true concept of Prophet hood and the importance of the Holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him), as it should be. It is the main objective of ANJUMAN TALABA E ISLAM to enlighten the Torch of the Love of our Holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) among students. No other organization could give an explanation as to why this fundamental principle had been ignored by them in their constitutions.
::: OUR SYSTEM :::
According to the constitution of ANJUMAN TALABA E ISLAM there is a complete framework under which all the activities take place. To enforce the constitution there are various checks placed on all levels. There is a committee called MAJLIS -E- MUSHAWARAT. The training of the activists is according to the constitution and is a unique feature of ANJUMAN TALABA E ISLAM. A single individual can't change the constitution of the organization. Only the majority of members (Arakeen) can amend it. ANJUMAN TALABA E ISLAM's MAJLIS -E- MUSHAWARAT comprises of 29 members and the Central Cabinet comprises of 17 senior members. ANJUMAN TALABA E ISLAM has its own training system. The students pass through following levels:
Hamdard -> Karkun -> Ameen -> Rukan -> Rafeeq
After passing through the above levels the workers finally reach to the positions of the members of MAJLIS -E- MUSHAWARAT. At all levels there is a syllabus to be followed. In addition to the syllabus there are two main monthly magazines "Nishan -e- Manzil" and "Nawa -e- Anjuman" along with other periodic magazines which play a major role in the character building of the activists. ANJUMAN TALABA E ISLAM has a complete process of accountability on all levels. According to this process, even the PRESIDENT and other central leaders are accountable before MAJLIS -E- MUSHAWARAT.
