اپنا فوکس ان چیزوں پر رکھیں جن پر آپ کا کوئی کنٹرول نہ ہو

بے صبری کا مظاہرہ کریں یہ سوچیں کہ چیزوں کے رزلٹ فوراٗ نکل آنے چاہیے

یہ سوچیں کہ کوئی بھی آپ سے زیادہ نہیں جانتا

اپنی ناکامیوں اور رکاوٹوں کے لئے دوسروں کو خوب الزام دیں

اپنی غلطی کبھی تسلیم نہ کریں

کبھی کسی کو معاف کرنے کا نہ سوچیں

دھوکے بازوں سے متاثر ہوں اور انہیں اپنا رول ماڈل ڈکلیئر کر دیں

صرف لینے کی بات کریں آپ نے دوسروں کے لیے کچھ نہیں سوچنا یا کرنا

ہر ایک پر ہر چیز پر تنقید کریں

اپنا وقت خوب برباد کریں

Neeraj Chopra’s mother, Saroj Devi, told news agency ANi that she was happy with the way his son delivered at the Olympics and pointed out that she was eager to cook her son’s favourite meal upon his return.
She also lauded Arshad Nadeem’s performance, adding that he is also like their “son”.
“We are very happy. For us, silver is also equal to gold. The one who got the gold (Arshad Nadeem) is also like our son,” Soroj Devi told ANI.
