Aoa miss can you post this on the insta page of our campus with the caption mentioned below 👇🏻

On September 10th, the Defense Campus Middle Section came together to spread awareness and raise hope.

Through a thoughtful activity, students explored common myths and truths about well-being, learning that showing emotion takes courage, not weakness, and that checking in on someone is important.

It’s about noticing the signs, starting gentle conversations, and being there for one another.

Because hope grows when we connect.

Let’s keep talking, keep checking in, and keep hope alive.
