A.)Documents required for Degree & Transcript attestation.
1. Application form (Printout of same day as your visit)
2. Matriculation Certificate (Original)
3. Intermediate Certificate (Original)
4. Transcript/Marksheet (Original)
5. Degree Certificate (Original)
4. One set of photocopies of the above documents. (For HEC records)
5. NIC copy
6. In case the documents are submitted by anyone other than the applicant, then you must attach an authorization letter and his/her NIC copy.
7. Attestation fees. (800 for original, 500 for photocopy)

B.) Application Form
Make an online HEC account, on the following link & follow procedure accordingly.

i. Sign In/Up
ii. Enter personal & educational details
iii. Select documents to be attested
iv. Print the application
Note: Here is a YouTube link to demo of creating an account, do watch if possible. It is thorough and very helpful.

Although the procedure on HEC website is easy to follow, no problem if you can’t view the video.

C.) Document Submission
It can be done in many ways.
1. Direct visit to HEC office by yourself or an authorized person, attestation will be done on the same day. (Attestation service is only provided at HEC-Islamabad, Lahore and Peshawar offices)
2. Submit documents at HEC Regional Office-Karachi, they’ll forward to HEC head office. You can also make an account and print form there. Attestation will take around a month or longer.
3. Send documents via OCS. See link:

This attestation may take 10-15 days according to website.
For this option, I would suggest to first contact the HEC-office and make sure you send complete application.

You all can now collect your Degree from Bait-ul-Hikmah after showing your original Enrolment Card & submitting verification fee Rs. 500/=
After that fill the form for consolidated marks sheet and also submit Rs. 1000/= for it. After 15 days of submission of form you can collect your consolidated marks sheet.
