In a concerted effort to prioritize mental health, 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 recently conducted a deeply insightful session at 𝐓𝐇𝐅 𝐅𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐪 𝐀𝐡𝐦𝐞𝐝 & 𝐀𝐟𝐭𝐚𝐛 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐬𝐢 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞 (𝐅𝐀𝐀𝐒𝐓𝐈), 𝐋𝐚𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐞, 𝐁𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬, aiming to benefit its students. Recognizing the importance of mental well-being in overall health and academic success, the session delved into various aspects of self-care, stress management, and seeking support.

With open hearts and minds, students engaged in discussions, learned coping strategies, and gained valuable insights to navigate life's challenges. The session served as a reminder that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness, and that together, we can foster a culture of empathy and support.
